To be eligible registration form must be completed in full. Registration is open to all residents of Ontario, Canada over the age of 18. All registrants will be contacted for various promotions gift required and/or will be contacted and offered a discounted vacation in fabulous Florida and Bahamas including round trip cruise between Florida and the Bahamas. There is no prize offer and the ballots will be sold for promotion purposes only. To board the cruise you will need a valid Driver's License, Major Bank credit card, Birth Certificate or passport. Transportation to Florida, meals, gratuities, port and hotel taxes and any applicable services charges are not included. Every ballot will be used for promotional purposes.
